What people come with most often
Six pieces of work in this area, plus one channel that lives on a neighbouring page. You can start with any of them — the diagnostic shows which one you actually need now.
Enquiries, done for you
Which channels we switch on, where enquiries land and how we count them — the same way, every week.
Read more →You see where the call came from
Half of all enquiries arrive by voice. We set up call tracking so the phone gets a source too.
Read more →The path to payment
Spend, enquiries and payments in one picture — without reconciling spreadsheets at month end.
Read more →What counts as qualified
We write down before the money what a qualified enquiry is, what a duplicate is and what is a reject.
Read more →Buy enquiries or grow your own
An honest comparison: when buying makes sense and when growing your own flow is cheaper.
Read more →Customers who come back
People who bought once return more cheaply than new ones. Reasons to return, reminders and a sane frequency.
Read more →Partners and referrals
One more channel of the flow: people and companies who recommend you. How it works with us — on the partnership page.
Read more →Running the advertising itself is a neighbouring job and lives in the promotion section: ads, bids and platforms belong there. This area is about the path of an enquiry and about how we count it.
When people come to us with this
The four conversations people most often arrive with.
Enquiries exist, a picture does not
They arrive in email, in a messenger and by phone, and nobody brings them together. "Where did this customer come from" has no answer.
You bought enquiries and argued about quality
Half of them turned out to be the wrong people, and that became clear after the invoice. The argument happened where nothing had been agreed in writing.
Calls are not counted at all
Reports show forms only, while half the people phone. Advertising that brings calls looks unprofitable simply because its result is never counted.
Money goes out, decisions have nothing to stand on
The budget is spent daily, the report comes monthly and speaks in clicks. What to switch off and where to add is anyone’s guess.
What stays with you afterwards
Every enquiry gets a source
A form, a call or a message arrives tagged: which channel, which ad, which page. The tag cannot be added afterwards.
A clear picture through to payment
Not just how many enquiries there were, but what became a conversation, a deal and money — in the figures you recognise yourself.
The terms are written down before the work
What counts as a qualified enquiry, what a duplicate is, what a reject is and how disputes are handled. That sheet stays with you.
A clear order, no surprises
1 · A conversation and a count
Half an hour about your work: where enquiries come from today, how many there are, who answers them and what counts as a good customer. No access to your systems is needed at this step.
2 · A picture, and one channel
We show what happens to enquiries today and pick where to start: one channel and one way of counting. The picture stays with you either way.
3 · Switch on and count
We turn the channel on, set up intake and source tags, and then look at the numbers with you every week: what works, what we switch off, where the money moves.
The figure is named in a quote for your task, once it is clear which channels we switch on, how many enquiries you get today and who answers them. There is no price list here on purpose: every niche has its own cost per enquiry and its own deal size, and an "average price" means averaged work.
Look at the work, not at the words
Figures of our own work, not a promise about yours. Under each one is its source and the period of the export: they are counted by code at build time, not written by the author of the text.
preparing data…
Every figure is exported from the agency logs by code at build time, not typed in by hand. Periods: 61 — 4–9 August 2026; 24 — 4–9 August 2026.
Where the figures come from
- business lines running at the same time
How many different businesses the agency runs at once. A line counts if it has at least three tasks in the log; internal test runs do not count.
What we do ourselves and what we do with partners
We do this ourselves
We run our own enquiry flow ourselves: intake, source tagging, filtering of duplicates and spam, sorting and counting of payments all happen on our own platform — the same one the agency partners use.
Campaign pages are built by our own pipeline: this site and the live landing pages of our projects come from it.
We review performance weekly, and on our own campaigns too, not only on client ones.
We build this out for you
Working inside your systems — access, your CRM, your telephony, your ad accounts — is what we build out for each client. That is why the first step is a small one: one channel and a clear count.
We run this with a partner
Photo and video shoots, design work and platforms that require their own accreditation we run with specialist contractors; our job is to pick them, connect them to the whole picture and answer to you for the timing.
Where a partner does the work, we stay your single point of contact: we pick the contractor, set the task, watch the timing and answer to you for the result. The contract names the contractor honestly — no "we do everything in-house".
What people usually ask
Do you sell enquiries by the piece?
Whose ad budget and whose account?
Where do we start if there is no advertising at all yet?
How many enquiries do you promise?
Let us look at your task
Half an hour about where your customers come from — no access to your systems and no commitments.
We call back during working hours. Company details are optional — if you give them, we read the open registries first and come to the conversation prepared.
