Reminders for taxes and filings

We keep a calendar of your dates and remind you in advance — with room to spare, not on the last evening. The partner accountant calculates and signs.

Outcome

What stays with you afterwards

Your calendar, not a general one

Not a public table of "dates for everyone" but your dates: for your entities, your regimes, your obligations. General lists are unusable — every business has its own set.

A reminder with room to spare

The message arrives while there is still time to gather documents calmly, not when the only thing left is to make it in time.

By the date, what can be ready is ready

Documents gathered, gaps named, drafts prepared. After that it is the accountant's work — and it does not start from zero.

Who it fits

When people come to us with this

Deadlines catch out not those unwilling to pay, but those whose dates nobody keeps.

You hear about the date from your bank

The notification arrives when there is a day left. You can still make it; you can no longer do it calmly.

Several entities or regimes

Each has its own dates, and no one person can hold them all in their head. The calendar is kept for each separately.

You have already paid a penalty

Once is enough to want it never to happen again. We do not promise it never will — we remove the reason called "nobody was watching".

You keep the books yourself

You or your accountant do the arithmetic, but remembering every date is a separate job. It can be handed over without handing over the books.

How the work goes

A clear order, no surprises

1 · A conversation

Half an hour about your business: what you do, which tax regime you are on, who keeps the books today and where exactly it hurts. Without this any review turns into a form.

2 · The review

We look at what is actually there: documents, the ledger, the deadlines, the loose ends. You get the picture and an order of work — what we take on at once, what gets fixed along the way, what the partner accountant handles.

3 · The work and a short summary

We work through the order, and once a period you get a short summary in plain words: what was done, what is coming, what looks odd. Not "all fine" but a list.

The figure is named in a quote for your task, once it is clear how many documents come in per month, which tax regime you are on and what state the books are in. There is no price list here on purpose: a "from" figure without the scope behind it is bait rather than a price, and you cannot compare two offers by it.

Straight talk

What we do ourselves and what we do with partners

We do this ourselves

Keeping a calendar of your dates, sending reminders and preparing documents for the date — our own working setup: we run our own dates through the same mechanism.

Chasing what is missing ahead of the date: what is absent, who to ask, what to double-check. We come with a question early rather than a problem on the last day.

We build this out for you

Reminders into your working channel — email, messenger, a task in your own system — set up around where you actually read.

We run this with a partner

Calculating the amounts, preparing the forms, signing and filing belong to the partner accountant. We keep the dates and prepare the ground; the specialist decides.

We do not give tax advice: the answer to "how should this be calculated in our case" comes from an accountant, not from a calendar and not from a machine.

The bookkeeping itself is done by our partner accountant, and we say so plainly rather than hiding it in a footnote. We remain your single point of contact: we pick the person, set the task, watch the deadlines and answer to you for the result. The contract names the performer honestly — no "we do everything in-house".

Questions

What people usually ask

Will you file the returns for us?
Filing is done by a person with an electronic signature — your specialist or the partner accountant. We keep the dates and prepare what can be prepared. We deliberately do not sell this as a "we will file it for you" service.
Is this tax advice?
No. The page and the calendar itself are informational: they are about dates and order of work, not about how your particular tax should be calculated. That answer comes from an accountant, and replacing it with a reminder would be dishonest.
What if a date is missed anyway?
We say so plainly and help gather what is needed to close the question faster. We will not promise that a deadline can never be missed: circumstances occur that depend neither on us nor on you.
Can we take just the calendar, without the bookkeeping?
Yes. It is a separate piece of work and useful on its own — even if the books stay with your accountant.
Enquiry

Let us look at your task

Tell us about the business: what you do, which tax regime you are on, who keeps the books today and what you want to change. We answer during working hours and say where it is honest to start in your case.

We call back during working hours. No figures, statements or documents are needed at this step — words are enough for the first conversation. The company field is optional; if you fill it in, we look up the public records beforehand and come prepared.
