What people come with most often
Six pieces of work in this area. You can start with any of them — the diagnostic shows which one you actually need now and which one can wait.
A check of the site
We look at the site the way search does and hand you the list of what holds it back. The list works with or without us.
Read more →Optimising the site
Putting in order what search actually sees: addresses, headings, speed, the phone view, duplicates, structured data.
Read more →Pages written for real demand
From the demand map we build the list of pages you need and write them — so that a person finds an answer, not "text for search".
Read more →Answers from AI assistants
People increasingly ask an assistant instead of a search box. We put the site in a shape that assistants read and quote.
Read more →Maps and directories
Yandex Business, 2GIS and trade directories: the listing, hours, services, replies to reviews — so that you are found nearby.
Read more →What you are paying for
The four payment models on this market and where each one breaks. You can put these questions to any contractor.
Read more →Link building and long monthly retainers with a dedicated team are things we build out with partners rather than run ourselves; there is no page for them here on purpose. You can still ask about them now and get an honest answer.
When people come to us with this
The four conversations people most often arrive with.
The site is there, but search brings nobody
Pages open, ads run, and search brings nobody in. We look at what people search for and what your site has to say to any of it.
We paid for promotion and never understood what for
There were reports; the result was words. We work out what was done before us, what of it still works, and move the conversation to things you can check.
The ad budget grows and a calmer channel is needed
Switch the budget off and the flow stops. Search and directory listings do not go out like that — but they also come on slowly, and we say so at the start.
A new section or a new market is coming
You are about to launch a service or enter another city. Looking at demand before the pages are written costs less than after.
What stays with you afterwards
A picture of demand in numbers
What your customers search for, in which words, and how many such people there are. Taken by machine from live search data — and it stays with you even if we do not work together further.
A structure that matches the demand
Which pages are needed and what each one is about. It often turns out that half the demand is not covered by the site at all — and that shows as a list, not as an opinion.
A report you can verify
A list of what was done with page addresses, and what changed in the numbers. Not one line you cannot open and check yourself.
A clear order, no surprises
1 · A conversation
Half an hour about your business: who buys, what they ask before buying, where they come from today. Without this the demand study turns into a list of words.
2 · The study
We look at what your customers search for and what your site offers that demand. You get the picture and an order of work: what comes first, what comes second and why.
3 · The work and the report
We work through the order and every month show what was done and what moved in the numbers. Not "work is in progress" but a list with page addresses.
The figure is named in a quote for your task, once it is clear what state the site is in, how many pages it has and what was done before us. There is no price list here on purpose: in search work an "average price" means averaged work, and you pay for yours.
Look at the work, not at the words
These are the figures of the agency as a whole, not of this area alone. Under each one there is a source and a period: they are counted by code when the page is built, not written in by an author.
preparing data…
Where the figures come from
- tasks accepted: result checked and taken
A task is accepted once the result has been read, checked and taken. There is no second word for this on the site: “accepted” and “completed” mean the same thing.
- median task time: from brief to accepted
A typical task: half of the tasks in this window went faster, half took longer. This is NOT an average: one long task cannot pull the number up, so the median describes an ordinary day more honestly.
- business lines running at the same time
How many different businesses the agency runs at once. A line counts if it has at least three tasks in the log; internal test runs do not count.
What we do ourselves and what we do with partners
We do this ourselves
Demand studies and keyword clusters are our own working engine: we used it to map markets for the agency projects, and the same way we built the topic map this section is written from.
The technical groundwork of a site — addresses, sitemap, structured data, speed — are the working mechanisms of this very site, tried out on it first.
Pages written for demand we write and publish ourselves; machines help gather the demand and the drafts, but a human answers for the meaning.
We build this out for you
Reporting in your own shape — exports and summaries the way you are used to reading them — we build out for the task and name the timing before we start.
We run this with a partner
Link building and long retainers with a dedicated team we run with specialist partners: we have no live experience of our own in link work and will not pretend otherwise.
Where a partner does the work, we stay your single point of contact: we pick the contractor, set the task, watch the timing and answer to you for the result. The contract names the contractor honestly — no "we do everything in-house".
What people usually ask
Do you guarantee first place?
When will there be a result?
What stays with us if we part ways?
Where do we start if nobody knows what state the site is in?
Let us look at your task
Tell us about the site and the business — what customers come with and what you want to change. We answer during working hours and say where it is honest to start in your case.
We call back during working hours. The company field is optional — if you fill it in, we look up the public records beforehand and come to the conversation prepared.
