An assistant where people actually write to you: Telegram and MAX

The same assistant that answers on your website answers in the messenger too: it takes the question, asks for the missing details and hands over to a person. The conversation stays with the company rather than in an employee’s personal phone.

  • →The historystays with the company
  • →Knowledgeshared with the website assistant
The exact scope and timing are fixed after the diagnostic — before that nobody has an honest picture.
Outcome

What stays with you afterwards

An answer in the channel they wrote in

People do not have to move to your website and fill in a form: they ask where it suits them and get the answer in the same place.

One assistant rather than two different ones

The messaging assistant answers from the same material as the website one. The answer to a question does not depend on where the person happened to ask it.

The history stays with the company

The conversation runs in the company’s channel, not in an employee’s personal account. Nothing walks out of the door with the person.

Who it fits

When people come to us with this

Four situations in which a messenger is the right place to begin.

Customers write instead of calling

The phone is quiet and the messenger has a queue. Nobody owns that queue: it has no schedule, no order and no one responsible.

The conversation lives in a personal phone

The salesperson leaves and the history of customer conversations leaves with them. There is nowhere to recover it from.

Questions arrive at night

That is exactly what makes a messenger convenient — people write whenever they like. An answer at 9 a.m. to a question asked at midnight is no longer the same conversation.

Enquiries get lost between channels

They wrote on Telegram, then through the website, then called. Inside, that is three separate enquiries from one person.

How the work goes

A clear order, no surprises

1 · A conversation

Half an hour about what people ask you most often and who answers it today. No access to your systems is needed at this step.

2 · A list of questions, and the first spot

We collect the questions that keep repeating and pick one spot — the website, a messenger, phone calls or your own team’s questions. The list stays with you either way.

3 · We put it live and watch real conversations

The assistant goes live on one spot, we read the actual conversations and fix the answers against them rather than against guesses. We tell you what changed and why.

The figure is named in a quote for your task, once it is clear which questions the assistant answers, where it takes the answers from and who it hands over to. There is no price list here on purpose: the spread of work is very wide, and an "average price" would mean averaged work. Most of this market keeps prices off the website too — we at least say why.

Straight talk

What we do ourselves and what we do with partners

We do this ourselves

We build the messaging assistant on the same material and with the same handover rules as the website one: the "AI answers" label, an honest "I do not know", and a short path to a human.

We use this channel ourselves every day: work messages reach us in a messenger and a machine sorts them — on our own flow rather than on a demo stand.

We build this out for you

Connecting the messenger to your CRM and routing conversations to the right people depend on what you already run. We work that out before the job starts and say plainly what connects and what does not.

A messenger is a channel, not a system. What happens to the enquiry afterwards — routing, reminders, documents from templates — is the neighbouring job, automation. And the place the conversation sends a person to read about the service calmly is your website: the assistant in chat needs the same material the page does.

We run this with a partner

The rules of the platforms themselves are not ours to set: Telegram and MAX decide how channels and assistants may work. We answer for the assistant and for the conversation, not for a platform’s policy, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Where a partner does part of the work — say, your telephony or your accounting system is set up by its own contractor — we stay your single point of contact: we set the task, watch the timing and answer to you for the result. The contract names the contractor honestly — no "we do everything in-house".

Questions

What people usually ask

Do we need a company channel or will a normal account do?
A company channel, not an employee’s personal account: that is the only way the history stays yours. Setting one up takes half an hour and is part of the launch.
Will the conversations stay with us?
Yes, they run in your channel. Our side sees exactly as much as is needed for the assistant to answer and for us to correct the answers against real conversations — and we agree that in writing rather than in words.
Is MAX here to stay?
The honest answer is that we do not know what next year looks like, and nor does anybody else. So the assistant is not tied to one platform: the material and the answering rules are shared, and the channel is replaceable. If the platform changes, it is the connection that moves, not the whole job.

Let us look at your task

Tell us which channel people write to you in most, and what about — we will see what the assistant can close.

We call back during working hours. Company details are optional — if you give them, we read the open registries first and come to the conversation prepared.
