2. A quote for your task
We work out scope, timing and order of work. That is when you get a figure — once we know what the job actually involves. Any number before that would be guesswork.
3. Work and acceptance
We take one part of the process end to end, show the result and fix what you flag. Then it is your call: stop there, or take the next part.

A.L.E.X. is the name we sign our engineering work with: the setup that takes a task, does it and checks the result. The call sign spells it out — Ask. Listen. Evolve. X.
It is not a mascot. Legally the work is done by LLC MARINERIO, a Russian company with a contract, registered details and real people answering.

The people behind it
A.L.E.X. is made by real people. Alexey Kalinin, the founder — his part is the ideas: he decides where we go next, builds the platform and personally answers for every client’s result. Valentina Kalinina, the co-founder — her part is the most important one: love and respect. That is what holds together both our family and the way we treat everyone who has trusted us.
We do not sell anything we have not tried ourselves: our own platform runs eleven of our own projects every day — from advertising to bookkeeping. You get the very thing we use ourselves.

What people usually ask
How does the work start?
With a diagnostic: half an hour about your business and a one-page written summary. No access to your systems is needed at this stage — the conversation is about processes, not about your data.
Why are there no prices on the site?
Because before the review an honest figure does not exist. Two jobs with the same name can vary several times over in scope. We quote after the diagnostic, and the quote is fixed before we start. The partnership share is a separate thing: it is a condition of working together, not a price for a job, and it is stated up front on the services page.
Will we have to let people go?
No. We take repeating operations off people, not people off the payroll: the same staff get their time back for work where a human is needed. If a contractor promises you the opposite, that tells you more about them than about automation.
What happens to our data?
The first access is read-only. The right to change anything is granted separately, for a specific task, and it is logged. You can revoke any access instantly, without us.
Do you work with companies outside Russia?
Yes, we do. The contract and the legally binding documents are in Russian; correspondence and the work itself can be in English.
