What stays with you afterwards
Filled-in, living listings
Address, hours, services, photos, description. Not "created and abandoned" but a state that is watched.
The same details everywhere
Name, phone and hours match on the site, in maps and in directories. The same thing helps search — and AI assistants — describe you accurately.
Reviews that get an answer
We work out what to write in reply to a bad review and what never to write. An owner’s reply is read more carefully than the review itself.
When people come to us with this
Who gets more from listings than from a website.
People come in person or call
A clinic, a workshop, a salon, a walk-in office. Someone searches for "nearby" and chooses from a map, not from ten websites.
You have several locations
Each needs its own listing with its own hours and phone. One listing for every address is a common and expensive mistake.
The listing holds old information
Last year’s hours, a phone number you changed, a service you no longer offer. Everyone sees it and it is quick to fix.
You need a result sooner than the site can rise
A listing starts showing sooner than a site builds weight in search. It is the shortest path in this area — and we say so.
A clear order, no surprises
1 · A conversation
Half an hour about your business: who buys, what they ask before buying, where they come from today. Without this the demand study turns into a list of words.
2 · The study
We look at what your customers search for and what your site offers that demand. You get the picture and an order of work: what comes first, what comes second and why.
3 · The work and the report
We work through the order and every month show what was done and what moved in the numbers. Not "work is in progress" but a list with page addresses.
The figure is named in a quote for your task, once it is clear what state the site is in, how many pages it has and what was done before us. There is no price list here on purpose: in search work an "average price" means averaged work, and you pay for yours.
What we do ourselves and what we do with partners
We do this ourselves
Creating and filling listings, matching the details between the site and the maps, going through reviews and preparing replies — we do ourselves.
We count calls and routes from listings separately from the site: without a separate count there is nothing to compare the channel with, and it stays forever "unclear".
We build this out for you
Daily review duty across many locations we build out for the task: that is scheduled work and we name its volume before we start.
Where a partner does the work, we stay your single point of contact: we pick the contractor, set the task, watch the timing and answer to you for the result. The contract names the contractor honestly — no "we do everything in-house".
What people usually ask
What if we have no office for visitors?
Do listings cost money?
What do we do about bad reviews?
Does this replace promoting the site?
Let us look at your task
Tell us about the site and the business — what customers come with and what you want to change. We answer during working hours and say where it is honest to start in your case.
We call back during working hours. The company field is optional — if you fill it in, we look up the public records beforehand and come to the conversation prepared.
