What stays with you afterwards
One place instead of five
Enquiries from every channel we switch on arrive in one inbox, tagged with their source and a time to answer. You can see who answered, when and what.
One way of counting
Channels are counted the same way, so the numbers can be compared: this one brought that many enquiries, that one brought this many. No manual recount.
A list of channels, not a promise
After the review you hold a list: what we switch on now, what comes later and why. It stays with you and works with us or without us.
When people come to us with this
Who needs this piece of work before the others.
Enquiries arrive in five different places
Email, the website form, the phone, a messenger, maps. Each lives its own life, there is no common table, and half the questions start with "did you see that one?".
Channels were switched on but never counted
There was advertising, there is a maps listing, a page is live — and nobody can say which of them brought customers.
The answer comes the next morning
The enquiry sat overnight because nobody owned the response time. By morning the customer had written to your neighbours.
The agency report does not match yours
Plenty of clicks in the report, few enquiries in your notebook. The argument is not about conclusions but about who counted what and how.
A clear order, no surprises
1 · A conversation and a count
Half an hour about your work: where enquiries come from today, how many there are, who answers them and what counts as a good customer. No access to your systems is needed at this step.
2 · A picture, and one channel
We show what happens to enquiries today and pick where to start: one channel and one way of counting. The picture stays with you either way.
3 · Switch on and count
We turn the channel on, set up intake and source tags, and then look at the numbers with you every week: what works, what we switch off, where the money moves.
The figure is named in a quote for your task, once it is clear which channels we switch on, how many enquiries you get today and who answers them. There is no price list here on purpose: every niche has its own cost per enquiry and its own deal size, and an "average price" means averaged work.
What we do ourselves and what we do with partners
We do this ourselves
Intake, source tagging and the filtering of duplicates and spam run on our own platform — the same one the agency partners use, and on our own flow of enquiries.
Campaign pages come from our own pipeline; maps listings and website forms we set up ourselves.
The weekly review of the numbers is part of the work, not an extra service charged separately.
We build this out for you
If enquiries have to land in your CRM, we build that connection out for your particular system. Bringing messages from email and messengers into one inbox is covered on the automation page. Here we decide which channels to switch on and how the result is counted.
We run this with a partner
Photo and video shoots for ads, and platforms that require their own accreditation, we run with contractors — but we answer to you for the timing and the result ourselves.
Where a partner does the work, we stay your single point of contact: we pick the contractor, set the task, watch the timing and answer to you for the result. The contract names the contractor honestly — no "we do everything in-house".

Let us look at your task
Half an hour about where your customers come from — no access to your systems and no commitments.
We call back during working hours. Company details are optional — if you give them, we read the open registries first and come to the conversation prepared.
