What stays with you afterwards
Reasons instead of mailshots
We write not "we have a sale" but "your date is in a month". Such a message gets read because it is about the customer, not about us.
A frequency you can defend
How many times a year it is appropriate to remind someone, and who should not be written to at all. The rule is written down before the work starts.
Repeat enquiries counted separately
Enquiries from old customers are counted apart from new ones — otherwise the success of this work gets credited to advertising, and a failure the other way round.
When people come to us with this
For whom this work pays back fastest.
The purchase repeats
Servicing, repairs, consumables, seasonal work, renewals. The person will come back on their own — if they are remembered in time.
There is a list, but nobody works with it
Customer contacts sit in a CRM, a spreadsheet or a technician’s phone. The last message went out last year.
There is a date the customer forgets
An inspection, a renewal, a service, a filing. A reminder here is a favour, not an advert.
New enquiries are getting expensive
The auction is hot, the cost per visit is rising — and next to it lies a list of people who have already paid you.
A clear order, no surprises
1 · A conversation and a count
Half an hour about your work: where enquiries come from today, how many there are, who answers them and what counts as a good customer. No access to your systems is needed at this step.
2 · A picture, and one channel
We show what happens to enquiries today and pick where to start: one channel and one way of counting. The picture stays with you either way.
3 · Switch on and count
We turn the channel on, set up intake and source tags, and then look at the numbers with you every week: what works, what we switch off, where the money moves.
The figure is named in a quote for your task, once it is clear which channels we switch on, how many enquiries you get today and who answers them. There is no price list here on purpose: every niche has its own cost per enquiry and its own deal size, and an "average price" means averaged work.
What we do ourselves and what we do with partners
We do this ourselves
We go through the list and work out the reasons together with you; we set the reminders and count repeat enquiries as a separate line.
Replies land in the same inbox as new enquiries, tagged as returning.
We build this out for you
Where the list lives and how you write to it is built out for you: email, a messenger, a call from the technician. A customer portal, if you need one, is a neighbouring job — see the client portal page.
We run this with a partner
Bulk messaging and work with telecom operators we run through specialist contractors, and we keep strictly to consent rules: we will not write to people who did not agree to it.
Where a partner does the work, we stay your single point of contact: we pick the contractor, set the task, watch the timing and answer to you for the result. The contract names the contractor honestly — no "we do everything in-house".
What people usually ask
Is this a mailshot?
What if there is no list?
How is this different from retargeting?
Will customers not be annoyed?
Let us look at your task
Half an hour about where your customers come from — no access to your systems and no commitments.
We call back during working hours. Company details are optional — if you give them, we read the open registries first and come to the conversation prepared.
