What stays with you afterwards
One place of truth
A number is entered once and matches across systems, because it is not a person carrying it.
A clear map of the exchange
What comes from where and goes where is drawn and stays with you. The next contractor will not have to work it out from scratch.
Access under control
The first access is read only. The right to change anything is granted separately, for a specific task, and revoked in one click.
When people come to us with this
The four conversations this work usually starts from.
A person walks between two systems
They export from one and import into the other. While they do that, they do nothing else.
The same number is entered twice
First in the CRM, then in the accounts. On the second pass somebody eventually mistypes, and both systems drift apart.
You bought a system and never switched half of it on
Often what you need is already paid for and sitting disabled, because there was no time to set it up.
The contractor left and the links stayed
Some things work, some do not, and nobody knows where exactly it breaks.
A clear order, no surprises
1 · A conversation
Half an hour about your work: what repeats every day, who does it and how much time it eats. No access to your systems is needed at this step.
2 · A map, and one task chosen
We show where the hours go and pick one task: the one that eats the most time and depends the least on particular people. The map stays with you either way.
3 · We take it into service
We build the piece inside your own systems, switch it on and stay around: we watch what it actually does and tell you what changed and why.
The figure is named in a quote for your task, once it is clear how many steps the work has, where they live and what has already been done before us. There is no price list here on purpose: every business has its own set of steps, and an "average price" means averaged work.
What we do ourselves and what we do with partners
We do this ourselves
Links between systems and moving data with a source tag run live for us: an enquiry reaches the customer record together with where it came from.
The rule "read only first" is our own practice with somebody else’s access, not a line in a contract.
We build this out for you
How deep a link with a particular off-the-shelf system can go depends on what that system exposes. We look at it in the review and name the boundary before the work starts.
We run this with a partner
A heavy rollout or a change to the accounting system itself we run with a specialist contractor; our job is to choose them, tie it into the overall map and answer to you for the timing.
Where a partner does the work, we stay your single point of contact: we pick the contractor, set the task, watch the timing and answer to you for the result. The contract names the contractor honestly — no "we do everything in-house".
What people usually ask
Our website enquiries do not reach the CRM — is that this?
Do we need to buy a new CRM?
What about access to our accounting system?
Let us look at your task
Half an hour about how your work is done — no access to your systems and no commitments.
We call back during working hours. Company details are optional — if you give them, we read the open registries first and come to the conversation prepared.
