What stays with you afterwards
A sheet of terms in your hands
Who your customer is, what is required, what disqualifies an enquiry, what counts as a duplicate and within what period it can be challenged. One sheet, in plain words.
A dispute becomes a procedure
A disputed enquiry is handled by a rule both sides saw in advance, not by mood.
A count that adds up
You and we count enquiries the same way — so the conversation is about the work, not about arithmetic.
When people come to us with this
The conversations people usually arrive on this page after.
"Half the enquiries are the wrong ones"
They arrive, but the people are from another city, with another budget, or about something else entirely. And that became clear after the invoice.
The same person counted three times
They filled the form, phoned and wrote in a messenger. Three enquiries in the report, one person in real life.
The argument happens after the money, not before
The quality condition is written down nowhere, so the louder party wins.
Sales and the contractor count differently
For one an enquiry is a contact, for another a conversation, for a third an agreed meeting. The numbers never match.
A clear order, no surprises
1 · A conversation and a count
Half an hour about your work: where enquiries come from today, how many there are, who answers them and what counts as a good customer. No access to your systems is needed at this step.
2 · A picture, and one channel
We show what happens to enquiries today and pick where to start: one channel and one way of counting. The picture stays with you either way.
3 · Switch on and count
We turn the channel on, set up intake and source tags, and then look at the numbers with you every week: what works, what we switch off, where the money moves.
The figure is named in a quote for your task, once it is clear which channels we switch on, how many enquiries you get today and who answers them. There is no price list here on purpose: every niche has its own cost per enquiry and its own deal size, and an "average price" means averaged work.
What we do ourselves and what we do with partners
We do this ourselves
We draft the criteria for your niche at the diagnostic and put them in the contract — before the work and before the first money.
Duplicates and spam are filtered by machine on our own platform: on our own flow of enquiries it does this by itself, and the figure of that filtering stands in the evidence block of this area.
We build this out for you
The wording differs by niche: for renovation it is floor area and timing, for services the city and the budget, for wholesale the volume. We do not reuse them blindly between clients.
We run this with a partner
The legal form of the terms — how they enter the contract — we prepare with a specialist lawyer; responsibility for the timing and the result stays with us.
Where a partner does the work, we stay your single point of contact: we pick the contractor, set the task, watch the timing and answer to you for the result. The contract names the contractor honestly — no "we do everything in-house".
What people usually ask
Who decides whether an enquiry is qualified?
What counts as a duplicate?
What if the criteria do not match reality?
Do you refund enquiries that are not qualified?
Let us look at your task
Half an hour about where your customers come from — no access to your systems and no commitments.
We call back during working hours. Company details are optional — if you give them, we read the open registries first and come to the conversation prepared.
