Paperwork without the "I will bring it next week" folder

Send it however suits you: a photo, an email, e-invoicing. We file it, reconcile it against the statement and tell you what is missing.

What you get
  • →How to sendphoto, email, e-invoicing
  • →What we look forgaps and duplicates
  • →Anything doubtfulseen by a person
The exact scope and timing are fixed after the diagnostic — before that nobody has an honest picture.
Outcome

What stays with you afterwards

You stop being a link in the chain

No photographing, forwarding and then reminding people that you forwarded it. Handing over a document is one step; after that it moves without you.

The list of what is missing arrives by itself

Not "send everything you have" but "these documents are missing against these payments". The difference shows immediately.

You can see where the machine stopped

A doubtful document is not silently "recognised" — it goes to a person and comes back with an answer. We show that boundary rather than hide it.

Who it fits

When people come to us with this

Three familiar pictures — if one is yours, this page is about you.

Documents live in the chat history

Some in a messenger, some in email, some in the glovebox. You can find the one you need, but each time it is a small investigation.

Paperwork is collected in a scramble

Once a quarter there is a week when everyone is looking for everything. We turn that into steady work: a document arrives and goes straight to its place.

The reconciliation does not add up

The statement shows a payment with no document; or the document is there twice. A machine finds this in minutes, by hand it takes an evening.

How the work goes

A clear order, no surprises

1 · A conversation

Half an hour about your business: what you do, which tax regime you are on, who keeps the books today and where exactly it hurts. Without this any review turns into a form.

2 · The review

We look at what is actually there: documents, the ledger, the deadlines, the loose ends. You get the picture and an order of work — what we take on at once, what gets fixed along the way, what the partner accountant handles.

3 · The work and a short summary

We work through the order, and once a period you get a short summary in plain words: what was done, what is coming, what looks odd. Not "all fine" but a list.

The figure is named in a quote for your task, once it is clear how many documents come in per month, which tax regime you are on and what state the books are in. There is no price list here on purpose: a "from" figure without the scope behind it is bait rather than a price, and you cannot compare two offers by it.

Straight talk

What we do ourselves and what we do with partners

We do this ourselves

Accepting documents by photo, email and electronic exchange, filing them, reconciling against the bank statement, hunting for gaps and duplicates — our own working setup.

A person reviews anything unreadable or doubtful: the machine flags the doubt, it does not resolve it. This market usually does not draw that line at all — we draw it.

We build this out for you

Document exchange with your counterparties and connecting your accounting software: we look at what they are and name the time before the work starts.

We run this with a partner

Postings, recognition of costs and everything that decides a document's fate in the books belong to the partner accountant. We prepare and file; the specialist decides.

The bookkeeping itself is done by our partner accountant, and we say so plainly rather than hiding it in a footnote. We remain your single point of contact: we pick the person, set the task, watch the deadlines and answer to you for the result. The contract names the performer honestly — no "we do everything in-house".

Questions

What people usually ask

What if a document is unreadable?
We say so and ask for another photo, pointing out exactly what cannot be seen. Silently guessing what a document says is not allowed: in bookkeeping that costs more than one extra question.
Do we have to change software?
Not necessarily. First we try to work with what you have. We suggest moving only when it pays for itself, and we say exactly how.
Where do our documents end up?
In your own set of books; access belongs to you, to us and to the partner accountant, each in their own role. The contents of your documents stay yours and go nowhere except into the books.
Do you prepare the returns as well?
Preparation goes together with keeping the books, and the dates are held by the calendar. A person with an electronic signature signs and files.
Enquiry

Let us look at your task

Tell us about the business: what you do, which tax regime you are on, who keeps the books today and what you want to change. We answer during working hours and say where it is honest to start in your case.

We call back during working hours. No figures, statements or documents are needed at this step — words are enough for the first conversation. The company field is optional; if you fill it in, we look up the public records beforehand and come prepared.
