What stays with you afterwards
The obstacles in order
Not "68 errors" from an automatic scanner but a list gone through by a person: what hurts a lot, what hurts a little, and what the scanner calls an error in vain.
Addresses where the problem is visible
Every point comes with a page you can open and see for yourself. A point without an address does not go into the report.
An order of work
What comes first, what second and what depends on what. You can take this list to your own developer — it is not tied to us.
When people come to us with this
A check is not always needed — here is when it fits.
The site was built long ago and nobody knows its state
One team built it, another changed it, there are no notes. We work out what lives there now and what of it keeps search from showing you.
The contractor has left
Work was going on, reports arrived, and what actually landed on the site is a question. We look at the site, not at the reports: the traces of work are in pages.
You are about to invest in promotion
Before paying for months of work it helps to know what you will run into. Sometimes half the trouble is a one-off fix that costs less than a month of retainer.
The site moved or changed platform
A move often loses addresses and with them the weight the pages had built up. This is visible at once and the sooner it is noticed the easier it heals.
A clear order, no surprises
1 · A conversation
Half an hour about your business: who buys, what they ask before buying, where they come from today. Without this the demand study turns into a list of words.
2 · The study
We look at what your customers search for and what your site offers that demand. You get the picture and an order of work: what comes first, what comes second and why.
3 · The work and the report
We work through the order and every month show what was done and what moved in the numbers. Not "work is in progress" but a list with page addresses.
The figure is named in a quote for your task, once it is clear what state the site is in, how many pages it has and what was done before us. There is no price list here on purpose: in search work an "average price" means averaged work, and you pay for yours.
What we do ourselves and what we do with partners
We do this ourselves
The technical crawl — addresses, headings, speed, the phone view, duplicates and structured data — with our own mechanisms, the same ones that watch this site.
Matching the structure against live demand is done by our own research engine: you see not only "what is wrong on the site" but "what there is no page for at all".
We build this out for you
A deep review of code and load on large portals we build out for the task together with your developers, and name the timing before we start.
Where a partner does the work, we stay your single point of contact: we pick the contractor, set the task, watch the timing and answer to you for the result. The contract names the contractor honestly — no "we do everything in-house".
What people usually ask
What goes into the report?
Will you fix it all yourselves?
Do you need access to the site?
And after that?
Let us look at your task
Tell us about the site and the business — what customers come with and what you want to change. We answer during working hours and say where it is honest to start in your case.
We call back during working hours. The company field is optional — if you fill it in, we look up the public records beforehand and come to the conversation prepared.
