What stays with you afterwards
A separate campaign, not a line inside another one
The return lives in its own campaign with its own ads. Otherwise it "improves" the overall figure and hides the fact that new demand is going worse.
A frequency cap set like a human being
Impressions are capped so that it reminds rather than follows. Anyone who has already enquired or bought is excluded from the audience.
Its own line in the result
How many enquiries the return brought and what each of them cost — a separate line in the report, next to new demand rather than instead of it.
When people come to us with this
Bringing people back is not always worth it — here is when it is.
The decision takes a long time
The service is expensive or complicated and people compare for weeks. A reminder at that moment is welcome rather than intrusive.
Many visits, few enquiries
People arrive and leave. Before buying more new traffic it is cheaper to go back to those who were already interested.
There are repeat purchases
Consumables, servicing, seasonal work — bringing a past client back is almost always cheaper than finding a new one.
There is something new to say
A new service, a new branch, new terms: for people who have already seen you this matters more than for a stranger.
A clear order, no surprises
1 · A conversation
Half an hour about your business: who buys from you, at what average order value and what you have already tried. No account access is needed at this step.
2 · The numbers and a plan
We do the arithmetic before the start: what an enquiry may cost and whether that adds up against your order value. If it does not, we say so before you spend.
3 · Launch and watching
We build the campaigns inside your own account, start them and stay around: we look at enquiries rather than impressions and tell you what changed and why.
The figure is named in a quote for your task, once it is clear how many campaigns and keywords are involved and what has already been done before us. There is no price list here on purpose: an "average price" in advertising means averaged work, and you pay for yours.
What we do ourselves and what we do with partners
We do this ourselves
Visitor segments, exclusions and frequency caps are set up on the live campaigns of a client project of the agency.
We install and check the tracking and the goals ourselves: without them there is nobody to bring back, because the visitor list does not exist.
We separate new demand from returns in the report — that is our reporting rule, not a preference.
We build this out for you
Bringing people back from your own client base (rather than site visitors) is already work with personal data: we take it on once it is clear how the base was collected and what people were told at the time.
Where a partner does the work, we stay your single point of contact: we pick the contractor, set the task, watch the timing and answer to you for the result. The contract names the contractor honestly — no "we do everything in-house".
What people usually ask
Will it not look like following people around?
How many people come back at all?
Do I need tracking on the site for this?
Let us look at your task
Half an hour about your business — no access to your advertising accounts and no commitments.
We call back during working hours. Company details are optional — if you give them, we read the open registries first and come to the conversation prepared.
