Enquiries that stop getting lost between email, phone and chat

We bring messages from every channel into one place, tag them with their source and put a time on the answer. Who replied, when and what — visible without asking around.

What you get
  • →Channelsmeet in one place
  • →Source tagon every message
  • →Time to answervisible, not assumed
The exact scope and timing are fixed after the diagnostic — before that nobody has an honest picture.
Outcome

What stays with you afterwards

One place where everything lands

Messages from every channel sit in a single list with the time, the channel and the source tag. No more searching through four apps.

You can see that an answer happened

Every message has a time to answer and a mark that the answer was given. Silence becomes a visible event rather than the norm.

You can see where the money comes from

The source tag travels all the way to the customer record, so the conversation about channels stops being an argument about impressions.

Who it fits

When people come to us with this

Four situations where this piece of work pays off first.

The flow arrives from four places at once

Email, the website form, the phone and a messenger. Each is watched by a different person, and nobody has the whole picture.

"Somebody probably answered"

The only way to check is to ask in the group chat. Sometimes it turns out nobody did.

It is unclear where the money comes from

There are enquiries, but which channel produced the ones that became payments is a question with no answer.

Nights and weekends

Someone wrote on Saturday and it was seen on Monday. By then they had written to your neighbours.

How the work goes

A clear order, no surprises

1 · A conversation

Half an hour about your work: what repeats every day, who does it and how much time it eats. No access to your systems is needed at this step.

2 · A map, and one task chosen

We show where the hours go and pick one task: the one that eats the most time and depends the least on particular people. The map stays with you either way.

3 · We take it into service

We build the piece inside your own systems, switch it on and stay around: we watch what it actually does and tell you what changed and why.

The figure is named in a quote for your task, once it is clear how many steps the work has, where they live and what has already been done before us. There is no price list here on purpose: every business has its own set of steps, and an "average price" means averaged work.

Straight talk

What we do ourselves and what we do with partners

We do this ourselves

Sorting and triaging incoming messages runs live on our own flow of enquiries: dropping duplicates and empties, carrying the source tag through to the customer record, checking that an answer actually happened.

We carry the source tag all the way into the record in your system — which is why the report by channel adds up instead of being "roughly like that".

We build this out for you

Connecting messengers and telephony depends on what you already run. What connects straight away and what needs a separate step, we say in the review — before the work starts.

Where a partner does the work, we stay your single point of contact: we pick the contractor, set the task, watch the timing and answer to you for the result. The contract names the contractor honestly — no "we do everything in-house".

Questions

What people usually ask

Is this a chatbot?
No. A bot holds a conversation; this is about the route: where a message lands, who owns it and what happens if nobody answers within the hour. If you need the conversation itself, that is a neighbouring job.
Do we have to get a CRM?
Not necessarily. If you have none, a single shared list with a source tag is enough for the first step; a CRM is the next conversation, and a separate one.
What if an enquiry arrives at night?
It still lands in the shared list with its time and source, and in the morning you can see how long it lay there. Answering at night is about an assistant, not about the route.

Let us look at your task

Half an hour about how your work is done — no access to your systems and no commitments.

We call back during working hours. Company details are optional — if you give them, we read the open registries first and come to the conversation prepared.
