What stays with you afterwards
One record in one place
The enquiry, the task, the status and the document exist once each. Copying between windows stops being work.
The source tag arrives at the far end
It is set on the website and travels all the way into the customer record — which is why the channel report adds up instead of being "roughly like that".
A status the customer can see
What the manager marked in your system, the customer sees in the portal. Without retelling and without a day’s delay.
An honest map of what can be linked
Before the work starts you know what connects straight away, what goes through an export and what does not connect at all. That conversation happens before the money, not after.
When people come to us with this
Four situations where the link pays off first.
Data moves by copy and paste
The website enquiry is copied into the CRM, from there into a spreadsheet, from there into an invoice. Each hop loses a little meaning and adds a typo.
Two truths about one order
In the CRM it is "running", in the portal "done", and the customer’s inbox holds a third version. The argument is about whose window is right, not about the work.
The channel report does not add up
The source tag is lost somewhere along the way, and the conversation about which advertising works becomes an exchange of impressions.
Invoices are typed by hand
The same details and amounts are entered a second time because the systems do not know about each other.
A clear order, no surprises
1 · A conversation
Half an hour about who asks you what, and how often: customers, dealers, partners, staff. No access to your systems is needed at this step.
2 · A map of the questions, and the first screen
We show which questions eat your people’s time and pick what the portal closes first — usually the status of the work and a place to put files. The map stays with you either way.
3 · We take it into service
We build the portal, connect it to your systems, open it to the first users and stay around: we watch what they actually use and tell you what changed and why.
The figure is named in a quote for your task, once it is clear who signs in, what they do there and which of your systems the portal talks to. There is no price list here on purpose: the spread of work is very wide, and an "average price" would mean averaged work.
What we do ourselves and what we do with partners
We do this ourselves
We link the portal to the website: the form on the page sends the enquiry with its source tag, and the tag travels through to the customer record. That is how it works for us, which is why we know where this chain usually breaks.
Linking a website to a CRM as a job in its own right is covered in the websites section; moving data between your programs without a portal is a separate job — integrations with your CRM and accounting.
We build this out for you
What can actually be linked depends on your system: some have an open exchange, some only a file export, some neither. We say so in the review and name the way round if the direct route is closed.
The direction of the exchange (into us only, out of us only, or both ways) is named before the work starts: two-way costs more and is not always needed.
Where a partner does part of the work — say, your accounting system is extended by its own contractor — we stay your single point of contact: we set the task, watch the timing and answer to you for the result. The contract names the contractor honestly — no "we do everything in-house".
What people usually ask
Our CRM is an unusual one — will it work?
Will data travel both ways?
What if there is no CRM yet?
Let us look at your task
Half an hour about who asks you what and how often — no access to your systems and no commitments.
We call back during working hours. Company details are optional — if you give them, we read the open registries first and come to the conversation prepared.
