Work in this area · the assistant inside the portal

An assistant inside the portal answers your customer while you are busy

The assistant lives inside the portal — where the customer’s tasks and documents already are. It answers from your own materials, helps them describe the task and suggests what to attach. A label next to the answer says a machine is speaking.

What you get
  • →The answerfrom your own materials
  • →The label"answered by AI", always
  • →The boundarydoes not know — calls a person
The exact scope and timing are fixed after the diagnostic — before that nobody has an honest picture.
Outcome

What stays with you afterwards

An answer from your materials, not out of thin air

The assistant answers from what you gave it: instructions, the order of work, answers to common questions. It should not invent on your behalf, and should not be able to.

Help in describing the task

The customer speaks in their own words; the assistant asks for what the work cannot be estimated without: the result wanted, what already exists, which files to attach.

An honest label instead of "Anna from support"

Next to the answer stands a note that a machine is speaking. Our own assistant has a name, and it does not pretend to be a person.

A boundary where a person is called in

A question outside the materials is not guessed at but handed to a person. That is the difference between help and pleasant chatter.

Who it fits

When people come to us with this

Four situations where an assistant in the portal pays off first.

The same questions, dozens of times

Timings, how the work goes, what to attach, how to pay. You have the answers — they sit in documents the customer never reaches.

The customer cannot describe the task

"Make it look nice" arrives, and then three rounds of clarification before the work can even be estimated.

Nights and weekends

Someone wrote on Saturday and saw the reply on Monday. By then they had asked somebody else.

The materials exist but nobody reads them

Instructions, the order of work, answers to common questions — all written, all sitting in a dead file.

How the work goes

A clear order, no surprises

1 · A conversation

Half an hour about who asks you what, and how often: customers, dealers, partners, staff. No access to your systems is needed at this step.

2 · A map of the questions, and the first screen

We show which questions eat your people’s time and pick what the portal closes first — usually the status of the work and a place to put files. The map stays with you either way.

3 · We take it into service

We build the portal, connect it to your systems, open it to the first users and stay around: we watch what they actually use and tell you what changed and why.

The figure is named in a quote for your task, once it is clear who signs in, what they do there and which of your systems the portal talks to. There is no price list here on purpose: the spread of work is very wide, and an "average price" would mean averaged work.

Straight talk

What we do ourselves and what we do with partners

We do this ourselves

An assistant like this works in our own portal: it helps describe a task — asking what the result should be, what already exists and which files to attach — and a label next to the answer says it is answered by AI. It has a name, and it is not a person’s name.

We cap the spending in advance and say so out loud: there is a ceiling per conversation, a ceiling per day and a ceiling per visitor. An assistant with no ceiling is not a service, it is a surprise.

We build this out for you

We prepare the materials it answers from together: what may be shown to a customer and what may not is your call. Other people’s text and customer data we keep separate from the instructions to the assistant — so a command pasted into a message does not become an instruction.

We run this with a partner

If what you need is a conversation partner on the website rather than an assistant inside the portal, that is a neighbouring job and is honestly solved there.

Where a partner does part of the work — say, your accounting system is extended by its own contractor — we stay your single point of contact: we set the task, watch the timing and answer to you for the result. The contract names the contractor honestly — no "we do everything in-house".

Questions

What people usually ask

Will the customer realise a machine is answering?
Yes — there is a label next to the answer. We do not build assistants that pretend to be people: a customer who finds out later stops trusting both the machine and you.
What if the assistant answers wrongly?
It answers from your materials rather than out of thin air, and hands anything beyond them to a person. Nothing is entirely free of mistakes — which is exactly why you need a visible boundary rather than a promise of omniscience.
What does it cost per month?
The spending depends on how many questions arrive and is discussed in the review together with the ceilings — per conversation, per day and per visitor. We are not going to quote it "roughly".

Let us look at your task

Half an hour about who asks you what and how often — no access to your systems and no commitments.

We call back during working hours. Company details are optional — if you give them, we read the open registries first and come to the conversation prepared.
