What stays with you afterwards
An honest measurement
Numbers first: how many seconds a person on a phone waits and what exactly eats those seconds. Then the work.
A list in order of weight
Not "we optimise everything", but a queue: seconds at the top, fractions at the bottom.
A move that keeps everything
Page addresses, mail and old links keep working. We raise a copy in advance and switch over once everything checks out.
When people come to us with this
Pages take too long
Especially on a phone and especially the first one. We measure and show what exactly takes the seconds.
The hosting lets you down
The site answers, then it does not; mail goes missing; support never picks up. That is cured by moving, not by markup.
The site outgrew its place
More pages and more images than the old plan was built for. We move it where it has room to breathe.
You are changing contractor
Taking the site and its access back into your own hands is ordinary work, and we do it carefully, breaking nothing.
A clear order, no surprises
1 · A conversation
Half an hour about how your work is set up today. No access and no documents are needed at this step.
2 · Plan and quote
We write down what we do, in what order and what you get at each step. The quote follows your scope.
3 · Work and watching
We build, show you the result along the way and stay around once everything is running.
The figure is named in a quote for your task, once the scope is clear. There is no price list here on purpose: an "average price" in this trade means either an averaged job or an incomplete one.
What we do ourselves and what we do with partners
We do this ourselves
We have our own method for taking speed apart, grown out of a live case: the main brake on the site turned out to be a library that assembled the page inside the visitor browser.
We hold our own site to a strict speed budget and measure it on every release, not once a year.
Migrations that keep addresses and mail are working practice: our own site moved to a new name, and the old links still work today.
We build this out for you
If the site lives on someone else heavy platform, some causes are out of our reach — then we say plainly what ceiling is achievable and whether it is worth the trouble.
Where a partner does the work, we stay your single point of contact: we pick the contractor, set the task, watch the timing and answer to you for the result. The contract names the contractor honestly — no "we do everything in-house".
What people usually ask
How much faster will it get?
Will the site break?
Will the move cause downtime?
Let us look at your task
Half an hour about your business — no access to your data and no commitments.
We call back during working hours. Company details are optional — if you give them, we read the open registries first and come to the conversation prepared.
