What stays with you afterwards
A written note, not a conversation
What we looked at, what we found and what to do about it — as a list, in order of importance. The document stays with you and works with any contractor.
A review of the places where losses live
Campaign structure, search phrases and negatives, ad wording, tracking and goals, the page after the click. Every place with an example from your own account.
No obligation to continue
A review does not turn into a proposal by itself. If you want to talk further, we will; if you do not, the note is still yours.
When people come to us with this
A review is for the moment when a decision has to be made and there is nothing to base it on.
There is a contractor and no confidence
Reports arrive, money leaves, and there is nothing to compare against to tell good from bad. A review gives a second opinion — that is all.
You are about to change contractor
Before changing, it helps to know what exactly needs changing. Sometimes a correction is enough, and it is cheaper than any replacement.
You set it up yourself
The campaigns run, but it feels wrong. We show the places where money is lost and the order in which to fix them.
The campaigns came with the business
There is an account, no author, and no known logic behind the setup. We take it apart and describe what is actually happening.
A clear order, no surprises
1 · A conversation
Half an hour about your business: who buys from you, at what average order value and what you have already tried. No account access is needed at this step.
2 · The numbers and a plan
We do the arithmetic before the start: what an enquiry may cost and whether that adds up against your order value. If it does not, we say so before you spend.
3 · Launch and watching
We build the campaigns inside your own account, start them and stay around: we look at enquiries rather than impressions and tell you what changed and why.
The figure is named in a quote for your task, once it is clear how many campaigns and keywords are involved and what has already been done before us. There is no price list here on purpose: an "average price" in advertising means averaged work, and you pay for yours.
What we do ourselves and what we do with partners
We do this ourselves
We take apart other people's setups in the live accounts of client projects of the agency — that is habitual work, not a one-off service put on the site.
We check tracking and goals: more often than not the first finding is that there is nothing to measure the result with, rather than that the bids are wrong.
We also look at the page after the click: half of the losses live there rather than in the account.
We build this out for you
Reviewing the analytics down to the deal — if the selling happens inside your accounting system, we build the link out and name the timing before we start.
Where a partner does the work, we stay your single point of contact: we pick the contractor, set the task, watch the timing and answer to you for the result. The contract names the contractor honestly — no "we do everything in-house".
What people usually ask
Do I have to give you access to the account?
Will you try to take us away from our current contractor?
What do I get in my hands?
Let us look at your task
Half an hour about your business — no access to your advertising accounts and no commitments.
We call back during working hours. Company details are optional — if you give them, we read the open registries first and come to the conversation prepared.
